REASON FOR FAILURE:

1. Power Supply Issue-Due abnormal Power supply in the Input Section IC Components Fails. And Failure of components like Micro Controllers IC. OP-AMP Buffer IC, RTC IC. EEPROM IC, Opto-Coupler ICs etc.

2.Communication Problem-Due to Protocal mis-matching, sometimes affect the hardware side of the PCB Components.

3.Environmental Issue-Due to High Heat. Moisture, Dirt will lead to failure of PCB Components.

4. Corrupted Memory-Power supply & RF radiation may corrupt Memory Back-up.

OUR SERVICE:

1. Replacement-We replace the failure components in Power, Control & 1/0

2. Communication Checking & Component replacing-We do check the Communication Protocal and Replace the Components if any failure.

3. New Component replacing-Suitable Components will be replaced in place of failed components in PLC Controllers and 1/0 card.

4. Save Program Back-up-We send our Program Engineer to retrieve program.
