We ship across India and to select international locations. For international shipments, additional charges and lead times may apply.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with reputed logistics partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, DHL, FedEx, and others to ensure timely and safe delivery.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom orders or repair items may have longer processing times, which will be communicated in advance.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Backordered or out-of-stock items may take longer. You will be notified in case of delays.

4. Shipping Methods and Costs

• We offer multiple shipping methods based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment. These will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately.

6. Delivery Timelines

• Domestic orders: 2–7 business days
• International orders: 7–15 business days

7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp for real-time updates.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

Please inspect the shipment on delivery. Report any damage or loss within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll assist in raising claims with the courier partner.

9. Risk of Loss

All items are shipped under a contract. The risk of loss passes to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.
