🔁 Returns & Refund Policy
At BOSS MART, customer satisfaction and transparency are important to us. Due to the specialized nature of our products and services, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The return request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
Note: All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized products, special-order components, or made-to-order parts.
- Repaired or re-engineered PCBs and assemblies.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing components (manuals, connectors, tags, etc.).
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at returns@boss-mart.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence (if applicable).
- If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as a credit note for future purchases.
- In case of disputes (e.g., product found working or tampered), a partial refund or no refund may be issued, with full documentation provided.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
