BOSS MART is intended for use by businesses and organizations. By using this site, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business or institution.

2. Products and Services

We supply genuine and third-party compatible spare parts for industrial use from brands such as Siemens, ABB, Fanuc, Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley, and more. We also provide PCB repair and re-engineering services.

All products and services listed are subject to availability. Specifications, pricing, and lead times may change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting our sales team.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupee and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are agreed upon on a per-order basis. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of future deliveries.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only in the case of defective or incorrect items and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom orders, repaired items, or re-engineered products are non-returnable.
• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted.

5. Warranty

• We pass on any manufacturer warranty where applicable.
• Repaired or refurbished items may come with limited warranties (e.g., 30 to 90 days).
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

BOSS MART shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
